A freebie texture

This is a texture I use a lot in my paintings. It is a scanned sheet of handmade Amate paper. You can download and use it as you wish. This way we could turn this flat and boring world into something more interesting...

This is the scanned pencil drawing of a Gothic Lolita, over a scanned textured paper. It is a Mexican handmade paper called Amate. Aztecs used it to pait their codex.

Perhaps I misspelled the title, but that didn´t influenced the character´s look, I think...

I have started this blog to show my most recent artwork pieces, sketches, ideas and comments that could not be posted in my website. There will be art related stuff -fantasy, comics, cartoon- and even some wargames miniatures if time allows that.
